Returns & Exchanges

PunWithPickleball.net is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong size or color, or simply change your mind post-purchase.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL as each order placed is custom-made for every single customer after the order is received. You can view the sizing chart on each of the product pages and please don’t hesitate to contact me with any further questions before ordering. 

Once you have completed the checkout process, unfortunately, it is not possible to edit or cancel your order. However, if you need to change some parameters, like addresses, etc., please contact me via email as soon as possible. Pun With Pickleball is not bound to make such modifications to your order, but I will do my best on a case-by-case basis.

Lost, Damaged & Misprinted Items

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks/21 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 1 week/7 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the printer. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).

Damaged items: The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with me within a week’s time! Along with our printer, we will review replacement/return requests only:

  1. if a product is damaged or
  2. there is a print error.

PunWithPickleball.net will not be responsible for customer returned items lost or damaged in transit. Packages that are returned to the printer without prior authorization will receive store credit or be at risk of not receiving a refund. 

In the event of a rejected return, an e-mail notification will be sent with detailed reasoning and a refund will not be issued. Rejected item(s) will be discarded; PunWithPickleball.net will not ship rejected returns back to the customer.
